Caps and sizing

Driving gloves

Unlined nappa with a smooth or knit back for summer shifts, and a winter-lined pair with a longer cuff that tucks under a coat sleeve.

Glove leathers

Garment bags & trunk organizers

A breathable bag for the spare suit and shirt, and a two-section organizer that keeps the driver's own kit on one side of the trunk and the passengers' cases on the other.

Shift carry kit

Door-side umbrellas

A 62-inch double-canopy umbrella in plain black, sized to cover a passenger from the curb to the rear door, with its own sleeve so a wet canopy never touches the upholstery.

How we work

From driver list to boxed kit

  1. Driver listNames, cap sizes, glove sizes and the address each box goes to.
  2. Written checkWe reply by e-mail with the order read back line by line and the total.
  3. Payment linkA secure link in that e-mail; nothing is charged before you use it.
  4. Packed per driverOne labeled box each, dispatched from Fort Worth with tracking.

Big Brother Limo Supply is a small supply house in Fort Worth, Texas that does one job: it kits out the people who drive passengers for a living. A single driver can order a cap and a pair of gloves straight from the price board. A fleet owner with six or sixteen cars sends a driver list, and we turn that list into a stack of boxes, each with one driver's name on the label and that driver's sizes inside.

Most of the work is in the fit. A peaked cap that is an eighth of a size too big slides forward over the eyes when a driver bends to open a rear door; one that is an eighth too small leaves a red line across the forehead by the end of a long shift. So when a list arrives with a size we think is a guess, we say so and send a paper measuring card before anything ships. Gloves are the same: a driving glove should be snug across the knuckles with no loose leather at the fingertips, because loose leather slips on a wheel rim.

Once a list is settled, we write the order back to you line by line, with the per-box delivery charge for each address and a single total. A secure payment link sits inside that e-mail, and your card stays untouched until you decide to use it; spot a wrong size in the read-back and a reply puts it right. Once paid, boxes are packed in Fort Worth and leave inside two working days, each with its tracking number e-mailed as it goes.

What we value is plain: kit that looks the same on the fifth driver as on the first, prices that do not move between your question and your order, and answers in writing. The jobs we refuse are equally clear-cut. We do not run rides, take bookings or arrange transfers, and we do not sell, rent or source vehicles or vehicle parts. We will stitch your own fleet's name where a garment allows it, but never another company's mark.

A trunk loaded the usual way — the organizer is what keeps the driver's own kit out of this.

Questions drivers ask

Straight answers

Wrap a soft tape around the head about an eighth of an inch above the eyebrows and the tops of the ears, where the hatband will sit, and read it in inches without pulling tight. Divide that figure by pi (3.14) and round up to the nearest eighth: that is the cap size. A reading of 22.4 inches, for example, becomes a 7 1/8. If the reading falls exactly between two sizes, order the larger one; the sweatband settles to the head within a week.

Yes, and that is most of what we pack. Put every driver on one list with their name, cap size, glove size and the items they need, and enter the number of drivers on the order form. Each driver gets a separate box with their name on the label, so the kit can go straight into their hands or straight to their home address.

We can stitch your own fleet name onto the garment bag and the inside of the cap hatband. Tell us the wording in the order message and we quote it in writing alongside the order before anything is charged. We only stitch a name you own; we will not reproduce another company's mark or logo.

Paid orders leave Fort Worth within two working days. Boxes inside Texas usually arrive one to two working days after that, the rest of the lower forty-eight takes two to five working days, and Alaska and Hawaii take five to eight. Every box carries its own tracking number.

Yes. Send unworn gloves back within thirty days of delivery with a note of the size you need, and we post the new size once at our cost as soon as the first pair arrives back. Full exchange terms are on the exchanges and refunds page.

No. We are a supplier of uniform and cabin kit only. We do not drive passengers, take ride bookings or arrange transfers of any kind, and we cannot pass on a ride request to anyone else.

Ready when your drivers are

A cap that fits, gloves that grip, a dry passenger at the door and a clean cabin between jobs. Send the driver list and we will read it back to you in writing.
