What the order form collects, and why

Ordering means giving us your name, an e-mail address, an optional fleet or business name, a delivery street, city, state and ZIP code, the items and sizes you choose, and any message or driver list you type. Those details serve a single job: checking your order, write it back to you, take payment through the link we send, pack each driver's box and deliver it. Driver names and sizes on a fleet list are used only to label and fill those boxes.

When you press send, the form is passed to a form-relay service that forwards its contents to our mailbox. That service handles the message only to deliver it to us. Payment is taken later on a separate secure payment page, and we never see or keep full card numbers.

Cookies and the consent setting

No cookie is written by bigbrotherlimo.com itself. On a first visit a corner card asks for your answer about analytics and performance cookies. Whatever you choose is stored as one setting in your own browser, under the name bbl_consent_choice, so the notice does not keep coming back. Nothing on the site reads that setting today, because no analytics or advertising tools are installed. Order e-mails and the records needed to deliver, exchange or refund an order are kept for as long as Texas and federal record-keeping rules require for sales records, and then deleted. A message that never turns into an order is deleted within twelve months.

Sharing

We do not sell personal details, rent them, or trade them. We pass a delivery name and address to the parcel carrier for each box, and that is all.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you may ask us what we hold about you and get a copy in a portable format, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and object to any use of it you did not expect. Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have these as legal rights under data protection law.
