Terms of use
Ground rules for bigbrotherlimo.com, the website of Big Brother Limo Supply. Last updated October 27, 2026.
What this site is for
bigbrotherlimo.com describes the chauffeur uniform and cabin kit sold by Big Brother Limo Supply of Fort Worth, Texas, shows its prices, and lets drivers and fleets send an order for checking. The site and the business supply goods only; neither offers rides, bookings or transfers.
Orders and prices
Pressing send on the order form asks us to check an order; it binds nobody. A sale is agreed only when we have written the order back to you by e-mail and you have paid through the secure link in that e-mail. Prices are in US dollars and are the prices shown on the site when you send the form; if we ever find a pricing mistake, we will tell you in the read-back before you pay, and you are free to go no further. Delivery, exchanges and refunds follow the delivery page and the exchanges and refunds page, which form part of these terms.
Acceptable use
Please use the site for its purpose. Do not send anything unlawful, abusive or misleading through the form, do not try to break or overload the site, and do not copy it wholesale. We may ignore orders that look automated or that name a mark the sender does not own.
Intellectual property
The words, layout, icons and graphics on bigbrotherlimo.com belong to Big Brother Limo Supply unless credited otherwise. Photographs are used under the licenses listed below. Linking to any page is welcome; reusing our words or pictures to sell rival goods is not.
Limitation of liability
We take care that what the site says is accurate, but it is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Big Brother Limo Supply is not answerable for knock-on or indirect losses that flow from using the site, and our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it. Nothing here limits any right you have that the law does not allow to be limited.
Governing law
Texas law applies. The State of Texas governs these terms, and disagreements about them or about an order belong before the courts sitting in Tarrant County.
Changes
From time to time we revise this page; whichever version carries the most recent date covers orders placed after it.
